Established in 2008, our family owned and operated company has forged successful relationships with local, regional, and national restaurant groups, as well as grocery chains, theme parks and other fine food manufacturers by serving what we feel are the best-tasting, freshest and most consistent Pickle and Tomato products in the food service marketplace.
While we are one of the newest companies in the industry, we have over 60 years of experience in the manufacturing, sales and distribution of pickle and pickle-related products. We proudly stress quality over quantity. Our line of fresh refrigerated pickle products includes everything from Dill, New, Half Sours, and Spicy flavor profiles, all of which are available in whole, spears, and chips. We also manufacture Pickled Green Tomatoes, as well as offering our customers Sauerkraut, Chicago Style Neon Relish and Premium Sweet Relish.
With the advent of our new manufacturing facility in Lake Zurich, Illinois, which opened in the summer of 2014, we are capable of producing the highest-quality pickle products for any size customer.
It all starts with the raw materials.
Quality Deli Pickles and Tomatoes start with the produce. We work only with the best growers in the industry, and our raw materials are contracted 52 weeks per year. Depending on the time of year, our crops are planted in the different cucumber growing regions of North America. From the field to the pail, our products are packed within in 5 days of harvest. Our manufacturing techniques create what we believe are the best tasting, freshest, crunchiest, gluten-free deli Pickles and Tomatoes in the market place. Our product’s manufacturing processes meet stringent quality and food safety standards set forth by both our GMP and HACCP programs.
Our Capabilities:
We operate a brand new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Lake Zurich, Illinois, which is located in the northern suburbs of Chicago. We produce delicious, high quality refrigerated pickles and tomatoes. We have the ability to serve the largest restaurant chains’ foodservice demands, while at the same time serving local independent family-owned operators. Our products are made fresh in our facility, which has been inspected and approved by the FDA, USDA, State of Illinois and Village of Lake Zurich.
